Do unused monthly credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. If you want credits to carry forward, grab a topup pack — those never expire regardless of your plan status.
Can I use topups without a Plus subscription?
Topup packs are available to Plus subscribers only. Upgrading also unlocks multi-floor generation.
What happens to topup credits if I cancel?
Your topup credits stay in your account. They'll be waiting if you resubscribe — we never take them away.
Is there a free trial for Plus?
Plus doesn't include a free trial — but you can start with our Free tier to explore floor plan generation and renders at no cost. When you're ready to go deeper, upgrading to Plus unlocks 300 monthly credits, high-res exports, and multi-floor generation.
How many floors can I design with 300 credits?
300 monthly credits gets you up to 15 floor plan floors, 30 renders, or a mix — more than enough for a typical home project each month.
How much does Maket cost?
Maket is free to start — you get 50 credits, no credit card required. For ongoing projects, Pro is $20/month and includes 300 credits. Need more mid-project? Topup packs start at $10 for 150 credits and never expire.
What's the difference between Free and Plus?
The Free tier gives you 50 one-time credits and single-story generation — enough to explore and see what's possible.
