Terms and Conditions

1. Welcome to Maket

Welcome to Maket.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Maket Technologies Inc. (“Maket,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of the Maket platform at maket.ai and all related tools, features, applications, and services we provide (together, the “Services”).

By creating an Account, clicking to accept these Terms, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Maket.

If you use Maket on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on the Platform and update the “Last updated” date. In some cases, we may also notify you by email or through the Platform. For material changes to these Terms, meaning changes that significantly reduce your rights or expand that of Maket, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice before the effective date of the change. Unless we say otherwise, updated Terms apply going forward from the date they are posted (or from the date of the end of the notice period). By continuing to use Maket after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

To make these Terms easier to navigate, we’ve included the table below. It highlights the main topics covered in each section. It is only a summary. If anything in the table conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.

Before we get in the thick of it, here are a few key terms we use in these Terms:

AI Output” means any floorplan, rendering, visualization, design concept, or other result generated by Maket’s artificial intelligence tools based on your inputs.

Credits” are prepaid units that allow you to generate, edit, or render projects within the Platform. Credits are non-refundable and subject to the rules described below.

Customer Data” means the information, files, prompts, images, plans, or other content you upload or submit to the Platform. When you input Customer Data to Maket’s artificial intelligence tools, we may also refer to it as “AI Input”.

Platform” means the Maket online application available at maket.ai, including all related tools, features, and services.

Usage Data” means telemetry, logs, performance data, usage metrics, and other technical data generated by or in connection with your use of the Services. Usage Data does not include Customer Data.

2. What Maket Does and What It Doesn’t

Maket is an AI-powered platform that helps you generate and visualize architectural ideas, including floorplans, layouts, and 3D renderings. Some parts of the Platform may be labeled beta, preview, or experimental. These features may change quickly and may not always work as expected.

The Platform is designed to support creativity, exploration, and early-stage planning. Maket is meant to help you explore design ideas quickly. You are responsible for deciding what to use, what to ignore, and whether an AI Output makes sense for your project. The outputs you receive are generated automatically based on the AI Input, information, preferences, and prompts you provide. Maket uses a mix of Maket technology and third-party services (such as cloud hosting, AI systems, and rendering tools) to generate AI Outputs and deliver the Platform.

Maket is not an architect, engineer, contractor, or construction professional. We do not provide professional architectural, engineering, or construction advice or services.

All AI Outputs are provided for conceptual purposes only. They do not constitute technical drawings and cannot be used for construction, permitting, or regulatory approval.

AI Outputs may be incomplete and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. For example, Maket does not verify (this list is provided for example only and is not limitative):

  • measurements, dimensions, or scale;

  • site conditions or land constraints;

  • structural integrity or load-bearing requirements;

  • electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical systems;

  • material specifications or engineering requirements;

  • building code compliance;

  • zoning restrictions;

  • permit requirements; or

  • construction feasibility or safety standards.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI Output before using it in a real project. You must not rely on Maket outputs for construction, permitting, regulatory approval, engineering, or safety decisions unless they have been reviewed and approved by a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

3. Who Can Use Maket

If you are under 18, you may only use Maket with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By permitting a minor to use Maket, a parent or legal guardian accepts these Terms and assumes full responsibility for that use. If you are under 18 and participating in a school, university, research, or organized educational program, you may use Maket only if (1) the use is supervised by a responsible adult, and (2) Maket has explicitly approved or enabled access for that program.

You agree to use Maket in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including laws relating to design, construction, intellectual property, and data protection.

You may not use Maket if you are located in, or acting on behalf of a person or entity located in, a country or territory subject to applicable export controls or trade sanctions under Canadian, U.S., or other applicable laws. By using Maket, you confirm that you are not subject to such restrictions and that your use complies with all applicable export and sanctions laws.

You are responsible for making sure your use of Maket (and any AI Outputs) complies with the rules, licensing requirements, and professional standards that apply to your project and location.

4. Your Account

To use the Maket Platform, you must create an Account. You may browse our public website without an Account, but you cannot access the Platform’s features or generate AI Outputs unless you are logged in.

When creating an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or allow anyone else to access your Account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including any use of the Services by someone who accesses your Account with or without your permission.

If you believe your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify us as soon as possible.

You may delete your Account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or restrict access to your Account if we reasonably believe that your Account has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is being used in violation of these Terms. You must not create an Account name, project, or link that impersonates Maket or another person or business.

If you create projects, share links, or publish content through Maket (for example, using a link hosted under maket.ai), you understand that Maket owns and controls the maket.ai domain and all related URLs.

We may change, disable, redirect, suspend, or remove project links or hosted content at any time, including to:

  • protect the security or stability of the Platform;

  • prevent misuse, impersonation, or confusion;

  • remove content that violates these Terms or may infringe the rights of others;

  • respond to abuse reports or legal requests; or

  • enforce these Terms.

You do not own or have a permanent right to any specific URL or link.

Removing or changing a project link does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Your Designs and Your Content

When you use Maket, you may upload or submit content such as images, files, prompts, plans, or other information. This is part of the “Customer Data” or “AI Input”.

When you use the Platform to generate floorplans, renderings, layouts, or other results, we call those results “AI Outputs”, as indicated above.

You keep ownership of your Customer Data. This means you still own what you upload to Maket. However, Maket will use your content in the way provided in Section 6 below.

As between us, you also own the AI Outputs you generate through the Platform, to the extent the laws applicable in your jurisdiction permit the creation of intellectual property rights in artificial intelligence output.

However, Maket does not guarantee that AI Outputs are unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. Maket does not check whether an AI Output is original or whether it may be similar to someone else’s work. If you plan to publish, sell, or build from an AI Output, you are responsible for confirming that it does not violate anyone else’s rights.

Maket does not guarantee that AI Outputs are original or that they do not infringe third-party rights. AI Outputs may contain elements that resemble existing designs, plans, or other materials. You are responsible for confirming that your use of Customer Data and AI Outputs is lawful and does not violate anyone else’s rights. Maket does not provide legal advice or intellectual property clearance.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload Customer Data to Maket and to use the Platform in connection with that Customer Data. If your Customer Data includes client materials, third-party plans, or confidential information, you confirm that you have the right to upload and use it through Maket, and that doing so does not breach any confidentiality or professional obligations.

6. How We Use Your Content

When you use Maket, you give us permission to use your Customer Data and AI Outputs as needed to operate and provide the Services.

This includes the right to:

  • process and store your content so the Platform works as intended;

  • improve, maintain, and develop the Platform and its features;

  • train, fine-tune, test, and validate our AI systems; and

  • perform analytics, quality assurance, research, and security monitoring.

This permission is worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable (to our service providers), and royalty-free. It allows us to host, store, copy, process, modify, and use your Customer Data and AI Outputs to operate, improve, secure, and develop Maket, including for AI training and testing. Even if you delete content or close your Account, the license granted above will continue in perpetuity as concerns anonymized or aggregated versions of Customer Data and AI Outputs (that do not identify you and that no longer constitutes personal information).

If you subscribe to a plan that includes enhanced data controls or an opt-out from certain training uses, those plan terms will apply. You can find more details in your account settings or by contacting us.

As indicated in our Privacy Policy, we deploy our best efforts not to use personally identifiable information to train our AI systems. We also do not sell your Customer Data or personal information. Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

To provide the Services, we may share your Customer Data with trusted service providers (such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer support, and AI infrastructure). These providers may process Customer Data and AI Outputs only on our behalf and only to deliver and support Maket.

You should not upload sensitive or regulated information to the Platform, such as health data, government identification numbers, financial account details, or other highly sensitive personal information. The Platform is not designed to process such data. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

We retain and delete personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how long we keep data and how you can request deletion. When you delete content or close your Account, some information may remain in secure backups for a limited period before it is permanently removed.

Specifically, we use your Customer Data to:

  • provide and operate the Maket platform and its features (such as plan generation, visualizations, and editing tools);

  • process your submitted instructions and content to generate the requested outputs;

  • ensure technical operation, security, and maintenance of the platform;

  • understand how you use the platform to improve user experience, features, and product performance;

  • perform internal analytics, statistics, and performance analysis;

  • manage subscriptions, credits, and billing; and

  • provide customer support and respond to your requests.

7. Using Maket Responsibly

As long as you follow these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform under your selected plan.

This right is a license to use Maket. It does not give you ownership of the Platform or any Maket technology.

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or end your access to Maket. You must not misuse Maket, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that harms Maket, other users, or third parties. In particular, you must not:

  • use Maket for any illegal, fraudulent, or misleading purpose;

  • copy, sell, resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform or Services except as expressly permitted by these Terms;

  • use Maket to build, train, or improve a competing AI system, design platform, or similar technology, including by using Maket outputs, datasets, or prompts for model training;

  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code, AI models, datasets, or underlying logic of the Platform;

  • use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated scripts, or similar tools to access or extract data from the Platform without our written permission;

  • bypass or attempt to bypass security measures, access controls, credit limits, or usage restrictions;

  • upload viruses, malware, or harmful code, or attempt to disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure;

  • interfere with the performance of the Platform, overload our systems, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services;

  • impersonate another person or entity, harass others, or use the Services in a way that is abusive or harmful;

  • use Maket outputs for construction, engineering, permitting, or regulatory approval without review and validation by a licensed professional;

  • represent AI Outputs as certified architectural or engineering documents;

  • remove, hide, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices displayed on the Platform or included in Maket materials.

If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your Account and take any other action we consider appropriate, including legal action where necessary. We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend access, remove content, or report activity to authorities if required by law.

8. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

Maket offers both free and paid plans.

Free plans include limited Credits for floorplans, visualizations, and AI features, with certain feature limitations. Paid plans provide access to additional features and monthly Credit allocation.

Paid plans are billed in advance, on a monthly or annual basis as chosen at purchase and renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Credits are allocated periodically with your plan and may expire at the end of each billing period if unused. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or exchanged. Top-up credit packs are available for purchase. Free or promotional Credits may expire at the end of the promotional period or billing cycle, even if unused. Unless otherwise stated, paid Credits remain available only while your paid subscription is active. If your subscription is canceled, downgraded, expires, or is terminated, any unused Credits may expire or be forfeited as described in your plan.

All subscription limits, features, projects, seats, credit amounts, and pricing are described on the website and may change with notice. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Maket reserves the right to modify subscription tiers, features, available credits, plans and pricing at any time with notice to users. If we change the price of your existing paid plan, we will provide notice before the change takes effect.

By purchasing a paid plan or Credits, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees, taxes, and any renewal charges, until you cancel your subscription. You agree that invoices and billing records may be provided electronically. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing information. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). Your invoices, payment history, and credit balances shown in your account (and in our payment provider’s records) are the official record unless we confirm a clear error. If you believe there is a billing error, you must notify us within 30 days of the charge. If you do not, you agree that the charge is final.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, or GST, unless otherwise stated. If required by law, taxes will be added to your invoice. If your payment is subject to withholding taxes, you agree to pay any additional amount needed so that Maket receives the full amount that would have been paid without withholding, unless the law says otherwise.

If a payment fails or is reversed (for example, due to a chargeback), we may suspend your access to the Platform until the issue is resolved. We may also cancel Credits, revoke promotional access, or terminate your Account if we reasonably believe a chargeback was fraudulent or abusive.

9. Free Trials, Promotions and Affiliate Program

A. Free trials and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer free trials, promotional access, discounted plans, or promotional Credits.

A free trial gives you temporary access to certain features of the Platform for a limited period, as described at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, free trials are for evaluation purposes only.

Promotional Credits and special offers are personal to you. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other value.

Free or promotional Credits may expire at the end of the stated promotional period or at the end of your billing cycle, even if they are unused.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms that will be provided at the time of the offer. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, credits, or special offers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or promotional Credit at any time, including if we reasonably believe it has been obtained or used in violation of these Terms or granted in error.

10. If You Stop Using Maket (or We Have to Suspend You)

You may stop using Maket and cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, unless we state otherwise. You remain responsible for all fees and charges incurred up to the cancellation date.

Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees and Credit purchases are non-refundable.

If you cancel your subscription, any unused Credits will remain available until the end of your current billing period. After that, they may expire.

If we suspend or terminate your Account due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining Credits (including paid Credits) may be forfeited immediately and will not be refunded.

We may suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Platform at any time if we reasonably believe that you:

  • violated these Terms;

  • misused the Platform in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful way;

  • attempted to interfere with the Platform’s security or operation; or

  • used AI Outputs for construction, permitting, or other regulated purposes without proper professional validation.

We may also discontinue or change parts of the Services, or terminate accounts for business, legal, or security reasons, with reasonable notice where appropriate. If we terminate your Account for reasons other than a violation of these Terms (for example, legal, security, or business reasons), you will keep access to your paid subscription until the end of the current billing period, unless the law requires immediate suspension. After that period, any unused Credits will expire.

If your Account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to your projects, Customer Data, and AI Outputs stored on the Platform. We may delete or remove content at any time after suspension or termination.

We recommend that you export or back up any important AI Outputs or project files regularly. Maket is not a permanent storage service.

We handle retention and deletion of personal information and Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination or suspension of your Account does not entitle you to any refund, except where required by law.

11. Important Legal Information

This section explains important legal information about how Maket works and the limits of our responsibility.

A. Our Technology Depends on Third Parties

Maket relies on a combination of our own technology and third-party service providers to operate the Platform. These providers may include cloud hosting services, data storage providers, payment processors, rendering engines, and artificial intelligence model providers.

Because we depend on these third parties and on internet infrastructure, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

From time to time, the Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, system overload, network failures, or problems affecting third-party providers.

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, for example, natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, government actions, or widespread internet or infrastructure failures.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore access to the Platform as soon as possible when issues arise.

B. No Professional Advice / No Guarantees

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

THIS MEANS WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS. WE ONLY WARRANT THAT WE WILL USE COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE EFFORTS TO ENSURE THE SERVICES REMAIN AVAILABLE FOR USE.

WE DO NOT MAKE ANY GUARANTEES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY AI OUTPUTS OR OTHER CONTENT GENERATED THROUGH MAKET.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME WARRANTIES AND LEGAL RIGHTS CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. IF THAT APPLIES TO YOU, THOSE RIGHTS REMAIN UNAFFECTED.

MAKET DOES NOT PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, OR CONSTRUCTION ADVICE. AI OUTPUTS ARE CONCEPTUAL ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED ON AS PROFESSIONAL OR TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION.

C. Limits on Our Responsibility

IF YOU HAVE RIGHTS UNDER CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED, THOSE RIGHTS REMAIN UNAFFECTED. NOTABLY, CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS MAY EXCLUDE OUR CAPACITY TO LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TOWARDS YOU.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKET AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THIS INCLUDES, FOR EXAMPLE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF GOODWILL, PROJECT DELAYS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS OR INACCURACIES IN AI OUTPUTS, OR FOR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON AI OUTPUTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKET’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MAKET IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

D. If Your Use Causes Legal Trouble

You are responsible for how you use Maket and for the content you upload, generate, or share through the Platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Maket and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • your use or misuse of the Platform or AI Outputs;

  • your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; or

  • any claim that your Customer Data or use of AI Outputs infringes or violates the rights of a third party.

This means that if your actions or content cause legal claims or disputes against Maket, you agree to take responsibility for the resulting costs and damages. We may choose to take control of the defense and settlement of any claim covered by your indemnity obligations. If we do, you agree to cooperate with us and provide any reasonable information or assistance we request. You may not settle any claim in a way that affects Maket without our written consent.

E. Intellectual Property / Maket’s Rights

Maket owns the Platform and all technology that makes it work, including our software, interfaces, models, algorithms, datasets, templates, and other materials made available through the Services.

These Terms give you the right to use Maket, but they do not transfer ownership of the Platform or any Maket materials to you.

We also own all Usage Data, which includes anonymized or aggregated technical and performance information about how the Platform is used. We may use Usage Data to operate, improve, and protect the Platform.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Maket (for example, feature requests or product comments), you agree that we may use them freely, without restriction or compensation, to improve our Services.

F. Marketing and Publicity

We may use AI Outputs, renderings, designs, or other content created through the Platform for marketing, educational, or community purposes, such as showcasing examples on our website, social media, presentations, or promotional materials.

When we do this, we will not intentionally include personal information or confidential project details that identify you, unless you have given us permission.

If you use Maket on behalf of a business or professional entity, you also allow us to use your name, logo, and trademarks to identify you as a Maket customer or partner.

If you would like us to stop using a specific AI Output, image, project or your name and trademarks in our marketing materials, you may contact us and request its removal. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to stop using it in future materials, but we may not be able to remove it from content that has already been published or distributed.

G. Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

If you believe that content available through the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may send us a written notice that includes:

  • a description of the copyrighted work or other right you believe has been infringed;

  • a description of the material you believe is infringing, with enough information for us to locate it (such as a project link or image reference);

  • your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;

  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;

  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf; and

  • your physical or electronic signature.

You can send copyright complaints to us using the contact information provided in the “Contact Us” section.

In appropriate circumstances, we may suspend or terminate the Accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also remove or restrict access to content that we believe infringes intellectual property rights, even before a formal determination is made.

H. Beta or Experimental Features

From time to time, we may offer beta, preview, or experimental features.

These features may be incomplete, unstable, or change at any time. We may modify or discontinue them without notice.

Beta and experimental features are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or guarantees. They may also be subject to additional terms that we will provide to you if applicable.

12. Disputes and Other Legal Terms

You may not transfer your account or your rights under these Terms to someone else without our written permission.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or to another company as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms shown to you at checkout) are the full agreement between you and Maket about your use of the Services. They replace any earlier discussions, emails, or other agreements about Maket, unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.

If we do not enforce a part of these Terms right away, that does not mean we give up our right to enforce it later.

These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Maket.

Even if you stop using Maket, sections relating to ownership, data rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution will continue to apply.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Platform or the Services are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute, claim, or proceeding relating to Maket or these Terms must be brought exclusively before the courts located in Montréal, Québec, Canada. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against Maket. If applicable law does not allow a class action waiver or limits the enforceability of this section, then this part will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you also waive any right to a trial by jury in any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services.

If a court determines that any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

You chose to consult these Terms in English. A French version of these Terms is available online at maket.ai. Vous avez choisi de consulter les présentes Conditions d’utilisation en anglais. Une version française des présentes Conditions d’utilisation est disponible en ligne à l'adresse maket.ai.
