How much space does a toilet need?
A common guideline, and a code minimum in many places, is 15 inches from the centre of the toilet to any side wall or fixture and 21 inches of clear space in front, with more for comfort. Check the requirements that apply to you.
How big does a shower need to be?
Many codes set a minimum of about 30 by 30 inches of clear interior space, and 36 by 36 inches is a more comfortable size. Walk-in showers without a door need extra length to keep the water in.
Can I move the plumbing in the plan?
You can place fixtures anywhere in the plan; whether the drains and supply lines can follow is a question for your plumber. Keeping the toilet near the existing stack usually saves money.
Can I see tiles and finishes on my bathroom?
Yes. Apply floor and wall tiles, vanity finishes and paint to the plan and render the room, then compare options side by side.
Can I plan a small bathroom or a powder room?
